I went to the show’s website and took a look at all of the character bios there. I think that the character I relate most to is Mary Shannon. She is tough, knows how to do her job, and has to play multiple roles in her life in order to make every one happy. I believe I am like this character because to be a writer I have to constantly be putting on new hats all the time in my writing as well as in real life. Writing is a tough business to earn a dime in, so I have many different jobs in my real life, as well as those that I have to accomplish within my writing. And doing all this around my friends and family is a tough game, but it’s got to be done.
