Wrong Disparity

Apparently there's not a disparity in editor quality -- it's in writer quality, and I'm the negative outlier. I apparently suck at my job and no one without an attitude bothered to tell me. I not only feel like a failure, but I feel pretty stupid that everyone except me has been in on the discussion until today.
