Today's totally legitimate excuse for not writing: I had my eyes dilated at my eye exam today. That doesn't mean I can't write today (clearly, I'm writing this) but it does mean I won't be diving into the novel for the next 2-3 hours or so.
This weekend I'll be playing catch-up for sure.
