The goal at The Fat Loss Guru is to eat more throughout the day so that you are not as hungry for food. Three meals a day just doesn’t work. I know—I have been struggling to find the best ways to lose weight recently and it wasn’t until I started eating 5-6 meals a day instead of 3 that I noticed a significant difference—and that was the only change that I made. It’s really simple, and it is getting me back to a healthy weight (along with exercise, of course).

So why waste your time on something like Weight Watchers? It is hard, confusing, and embarrassing going to meetings and telling people all about your weight loss goals.
