I cannot tell you how much I enjoy cheese. I mean, if I'm eating a meal, chances are I put cheese on at least one thing on my plate. Spaghetti, quesadillas, casseroles--you name it, I cheese it up. That's why I was so glad to be able to try out the fine cheeses made by Arla Dofino (I received a free coupon from BzzAgent to try it out). They have a wide range of products and different types of cheese also come in a variety of flavors. When I made mac and cheese for dinner last night, I knew that I had to spice it up with one of these flavors.
I made my mac and cheese with Arla Dofino's chili lime gouda. It has a kick to it that gives it a rich flavor without being considered hot or spicy. I melted a few chunks in my mac and cheese, then baked it with some Panko crumbs on top. I didn't know how well it would pair with my mac and cheese, but it tasted great! I can't wait to try the chipotle flavored gouda next time.
